      Pros

      Insperity encourages a balance of work and home life, and understand that you have things going on outside of work. Provide a lot of incentives to work towards. Great benefits.

      Cons

      I don't feel as though my position provides much room for growth.

      Benefits Potential to make some serious money Professional career Great way to network and make quality connections Learn how to talk with decision makers

      Cons

      Leadership has communication issues and micromanages all the way down to the sales reps They preach on retaining top talent yet they can't seem to keep their own, why would any business owner in their right mind purchase from a company who doesn't practice what they sell? Insperity has no interest in taking care of their clients, they would rather create the facade of taking care of their clients than put the leg work in to actually doing some high grade work customers pay an arm and a leg for. And what's the point of bringing clients on board when you don't have enough specialist to handle the workload? Certainly not a company I would recommend to any business owner due to it's unreliable "white glove service".

      Pros

      Lots of independence on the job, great opportunity to work with a variety of businesses and company cultures.

      Cons

      Insperity is really not interested in taking care of it's clients. They want to sell services that they know the client will not be able to use because the number of clients assigned to each specialist is unrealistic.
