This organization makes bold claims about improving the quality of life for their clients. However, the manner in which Insperity treats their own employees, specifically, the sales team is abominable. In short, there are the "haves" and the "have nots". The "haves" receive preferential treatment in the way of leads, support and exceptions. The "have nots" are ignored, receive very little support resulting in an extreme level of frustration, burnout and turnover. Too many good people have moved on from this company and it's a shame. The good ole boys up at the top do not have their finger on the pulse of what's really happening in each individual district office and or the market. Frankly, it seems they are too egotistical or ignorant to care. This was once a decent company founded upon a pretty good concept. But the concept has not kept up with the needs of the market nor the challenges of the sales professionals who work here.
