Pros

Insperity provides a great employee experience. They thrive at promoting an engaged, diverse and inclusive work environment. Everyone in the company is very open to helping fellow colleagues no matter where they're located in the country. Communication is key with Insperity and they do a great job at ensuring you have access to the help/guidance when you need it.

Cons

Not necessarily a "con," just a warning to those novice sales reps out there with commission-breath looking for spoon-fed leads. There's a long learning curve with this role that requires a lot of patience. You'll need to fail fast/learn fast in order to succeed. This is not a sales job for the faint hearted--you have to know how to prospect efficiently, build a pipeline and a book of business and run a sales cadence to ensure you hit your quarterly quotas. Yes, there's a potential for you to make an unfathomable amount of money in this role, but YOU WILL WORK HARD FOR IT AND HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT.

Pros

-office is friendly, welcoming, campus is steady growing with cool new buildings -very good benefits -visible and accessible leadership -easy to make connections in other departments -opportunity for growth -company promotes the importance of family and work life balance

Cons

-nepotism reigns supreme and can be somewhat clique-y -in some departments, you can be targeted if you disrupt "the norm" -opportunity for growth can be tiny increments, unless you're "in" with the right cliques -pay is not competitive at all -hr is not trustworthy -company seems to provide "perks" to negate competitive wages
