      Pros

      Good professional company, with top notch training.

      Cons

      The vast majority of BPAs won't hit six figures until several years in the position. Sales cycles tend to be six months or longer. High turnover among BPAs. Insperity is very expensive. There are many other cheaper alternitives. The product is good, but it's a tough sell.

      Used to be a great place to work

      Cons

      Terrible culture especially in WX and the senior leaders gets away with abusive dictators behavior and HR allows it to happen. Not good for a company that brags that they are an HR company.

      So much potential, so few resources

      Great work/life balance, hybrid work options available

      Cons

      The workload gets overwhelming especially during their fall campaign. I was only there for a short time, but during that time I heard several complaints about understaffing and slow outdated systems. I experienced both during my time there as well. They take a long time to make important decisions. The lengthy turnaround times cause burnout in some of their tenured employees. Employee insight is asked for but ignored very frequently. Lots of fake people!
