      Pros

      Tons of support, great pay + commission + residuals. They give you an AMEX expense card for business expenses and gas. Some traveling for training/conventions that’s company paid.

      Cons

      Wish we had a support team do more of the back end work during the sales process so we can focus on working other prospects.

      Watch Out For The Mean Girls Club

      Pros

      Annual PTO allotment. Most benefits are good.

      Cons

      If you’re not a “Yes Ma’am” type the mean girls club will eat you alive. Upper Leadership is toxic and if you’re not liked no matter how well you do your job your pay and bonus will suffer. Leadership has favorites and they advance those who are least deserving of advancement. Some at the top have a Pollyanna front but underneath nothing but a snake. Long hours with minimal return and horrible pay. Way below market.
