      Great Company. Tough Industry.

      Pros

      Amazing company culture. Senior leadership truly cares about its people. For the most part, the services clients receive are excellent.

      Cons

      Compensation is low relative to industry despite having the highest fees. This is evident in its challenges to hire people. Very conservative, slow to change, legacy systems.

      Tough slog, high turn-over, run!!!

      Good name recognition in industry. Services and support top-notch for clients

      Cons

      Huge annual turn-over in sales. Lack of sales support so many new reps end up splitting deals with the dinosaurs in the office so even if you find a deal you end up having to split cause of lack of a dedicated sales SE. Not good.

      work from home flexibility and good PTO

      Cons

      low compensation, crazy workload, favoritism, management only cares about company growth and clients. not so much about its own workforce.
