Pros would be your Co-workers and Training

Cons

Each location is managed differently. You learn this when you meet your co-workers in other states while at training/conferences. I felt like this particular location had one great manager (only two in this location) if you end up on their team you are taken care of and provided the experience you are promised during interviews. If not, you will enjoy poor management techniques that will set you up for failure and the blame is put solely on you. You are also unable to express these concerns as it is impossible to keep anything from getting around the office. You are never guided on your performance until it is time for the manager to threaten termination, even if you are hitting your metrics (which they will say is all you need to do to be successful/maintain employment). Overall, if you are wanting a change because you feel this may be the next step in your career you are truly flipping a coin when it comes to who will manage you at this location.

Great health benefits, they give you plenty of time to get up and running

It's a tough job, and you might sometimes have to cut your whole commission just to sell something.

Its a great service offering and a company of values. Great CEO.

Cons

It's hard to sell PEO in certain markets, especially at a premium. Your base pay never gets raised. No territories, so new reps will prospect your accounts. You always have to fight, whether its to get a meeting or get fair pricing or get an approval for a prospect to be a client. Everything is hard and complicated.
