      Overall nice people but company will not survive health care reform

      Pros

      Good insurance and pto. Time off to volunteer.

      Cons

      Low pay and review system is flawed. Corporate HR is old school. The HR and compensation offered to clients is better than internal. Bad internal service from department to department. Too many obstacles for clients for price charged.

      Great Training, friendly culture, good leadership in certain departments, generous PTO ad great benefits

      Cons

      Some of the management teams are clique ish and rude. Outdated offices in houston, leadership does not listen to concerns of the team and continues to run employees out the door.

      Pros

      Company has money to spend, good base..nice receptions meetings. Helpful local management.

      Cons

      Terrible turnaround, lack of executive leadership, way to many people fighting for the same companies, there are no many other great companies out there to sell with why would you want to fight with 40 other people in your territory. Management places favorites, to much yearly travel, serious lack of focus. Everyone has rose colored glassed on as to how good the company really is. There are many other companies that do the exact same thing.
