Product is overpriced. Sales reps have no territories or protected prospect accounts. Senior reps get all leads. No bus dev org to support sales. Inexperienced first time frontline manager micro managed activity and offered no value. Base pay below market average.

You will be glued to your desk, for the lowest possible salary and have overloaded work. The whole “we promote within,” is a lie and selling point during the interview process. They have their favorites and go from there. Definitely some racism in the upper management of this department so if you’re a minority with ambition please stay away. Don’t allow you to grow within anywhere so definitely no growth, and the pay is extremely low. They don’t recognize hard work or education or credentials. You do a lot more items outside of payroll. It is basically a call center environment with over loaded work that will burn you out quickly and upper management will not care.
