You are constantly being micro-managed by your DM Inconsistent expectations only setting you up for failure Delusions of grandeur of our value, try to brainwash you that the company is so great so its an excuse to OVER CHARGE clients for things they will not ever use. ZERO company culture in office, although thats all they preach to potential clients. GUILT for taking your legal PTO - even though your DM will most likely come and go as they please for personal reasons, but if you have a doctors appointment they want you to take your PTO for the entire day even if you're only gone a couple hours Leadership high up is extremely cold. If you are top 10 in the ENTIRE company, dont expect a relationship with anyone. They wont even look at you during convention, shake your hand, or have a conversation. They act like they are the holy grail. OH, ALSO, theyre currently "Laying off" people across United States during a pandemic but claiming they are hiring. People that have done nothing wrong, but arent meeting certain requirements because we are in a PANDEMIC, so they let you go. Then turn right around and post online they are hiring. Seems illegal. Claims its an outside sales job, but every manager in every region has different expectations for when they want you to be in the office. EXTREMELY inconsistent!!!
