      Very good life balance and company cultures. People are very friendly to help you to be successful.

      Working Location is kind of far from downtown Houston.

      Getting worse each year

      Benefits, food, laptops, friendly employees

      Cons

      The business unit and product managers are looking less and less friendly nowadays to developers. There is a lot more micromanaging going on compared to a few years ago while product roadmaps are often incomplete or ill-thought-out. Last I’ve heard, they are also thinking of dropping the work from home option. The meetings are also much longer than they should be.
