Pros

You are you own boss, you decide your own schedule except for Mondays and Fridays Agency meetings. You get structurized training with fair to efficient technology to support Sales staff. You are on your own trying to navigate through technology to be efficient at what you sell. This is the current downsizing situation with lay-off all over the board from major insurance carriers deleting their in-house sales force nationwide.Employing sales staff from Insphere Insurance Solutions is an economical success corporate story as to how to outsource a sales dept. People are willing to work for no salary no benefits and little technical support. Why not ? It costs barely nothing to run this company ! Give them exciting contests and prizes as the sales agents plug along for the necessary sales volume.

Cons

Corporate mission statement and value are diluted down to individual personal translation of the Name Brand--As an illustration : Do you know about Aetna or Anthem Blue Cross ? Not really they will decline coverage, very hard to apply, very expensive to upkeep or to re-enroll. Why is that ? What happens to the national Name Brand of such insurance company ? Very shortly consumers will forget your brand ! Do you want to be purposedly forgotten ? Attrition is constant as agent's contract are automatically terminated about 10 weeks in due to lack of production. It will costs you to work here ! You will spend money for flyers car stickers gas to go to the appointments and to buy leads. You will learn hard cold calls sales techniques since Insphere Insurance Solutions is not a recognizable well-known company.

Pros

Set up your own hours, not bosses, make money on your own pace. Good as a part time job if you want to make some extra money and decide later if this is the your career. Good training. Good people. You need to make cold calls if you want customers, they wont come to you!! Once a customer shows interest you set up a appointment and meet customer face to face.

Cons

Commission only. Don't expect to get a salary otherwise stay at your corporate job. This is a very regulated industry and it changes rules everyday without notice so you need to be at training and product information classes all the time. Your manager is too busy making money so he/she wont call you to be on class. It is your responsibility.
