      Good motivational weekly team meetings, and good office support getting started

      Cons

      Obamacare completely affected the ability to earn a decent living. Commissions were decreased, and many agents were forced to quit.

      Pros

      The company tried to adapt products to meet the ever changing conditions of the Health Insurance Industry. Insphere also conducted weelkly training to help their agents stay up to speed with the modified/new products.

      Cons

      The leads were very poor. The majority of prospecting resulted in cold calling, which was very challenging.

      Pros

      Flexibility in your work schedule. During open enrollment you will receive preset appointments and during the off season you can utilize a pretty good lead program. Opportunities for bonus and trips.

      Cons

      100% commission (this could also be considered a pro). Technology training was lacking when I started. You will learn a lot on your own and it can take some time.
