      Make my own hours staff was friendly and helpful. Management was easy to work for. Able to recruit clients with company software easily

      Cons

      Difficult market. Feel that my territory was hard due to so much unemployment. People just didn't have the money. Advice work in a strong market

      able to sell insurance through multiple carriers with multiple options. commissions and residuals were standard. team night was fun, most of the employees are older and willing to help.

      Cons

      constant travel is a huge negative. 75% of your day is spent traveling to locations for appointments that people will lots of times cancel without calling or upon arrival tell you they are no longer interested.
