Pros

Hands-on experience with a wide range of DevOps tools and cloud technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and more. Got opportunities to lead critical projects like on-premise to cloud migration and secure microservices deployment. Management is approachable and encourages exploring modern solutions and automation. Collaborative work environment with regular knowledge-sharing among cross-functional teams (web, Android, iOS). Flexibility to take ownership and implement best practices in CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and observability (ELK Stack). Exposure to real-time challenges that enhance troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Cons

Some legacy components still exist in the tech stack, which require modernization. Limited documentation during early stages of the projects led to increased dependency on senior team members. Workload can be intense during deployment windows or client escalations, but manageable with good planning.
