      Remote work. Some good Managers

      Cons

      No career growth after working multiple years Discrimination complaints go unnoticed So many people belonging to same Tech stack left with in few months showing the lack of career advancement

      Pros

      You're fellow engineers will be talented and skilled.

      Cons

      You'll be working with a broken development environment most of the time, You'll be constantly at odds with the overengineered code. At best you'll scrape by, at worst your manager will inadvertently show you that engineers half as experienced as you get paid more than you.
