Pros

Remote work but that is changing too so beware.

Cons

My experience at Inspira Financial has been a deeply disappointing, frustrating, and unhealthy experience. The leadership team fosters an environment of zero trust, zero transparency, and zero appreciation for employees. Communication from leadership is almost nonexistent, leaving employees completely in the dark about the company’s direction—especially as it faces significant industry challenges and headwinds. Growth is defined by acquiring companies versus organic growth. And then the company struggles mightily to integrate the acquisitions. Employees are left to speculate, creating an environment of anxiety and distrust as they see valuable co-workers shown the door—employees with spotless and consistently, positive performance reviews. Instead of fostering collaboration and engagement, the culture is defined by fear and uncertainty, with people constantly wondering if they’ll be the next to go. Rather than valuing and developing employees, recognition and appreciation are nonexistent. There is no recognition for hard work, and decisions seem to be made behind closed doors without consideration for those doing the actual work. Suggestions are treated as conflict as opposed to healthy debates. The lack of honesty and accountability at the leadership level trickles down, making it impossible to feel engaged or motivated. Also worth noting the lack of female representation at the leadership level (most “retired”). If you’re looking for a workplace that values honesty, trust, communication, strategic clarity, employee well-being, and a positive work environment, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere—I currently am.
