Toxic place to work

Pros

Growing company with remote work opportunities

Cons

Since the new CEO took over, the culture completely changed, making Inspira an extremely toxic place to work. The major senior leadership changes brought on leaders who lack integrity, expertise, core values and basic human decency. It’s a place where senior leaders bully and belittle staff, prioritize politics above all else and make major mistakes that they don’t take responsibility for. Not surprisingly the company started loosing major clients across business lines, is failing to deliver on major projects and initiatives and has lost the trust of their employees. Their most talented employees and leaders have either left of are afraid to speak up as the company has turned its back on legacy employees that helped the company grow and succeed over the years. The new talent strategy of “out with the old, in with the new”has completely failed. There is so much deception and nasty politics among the new senior leaders, it’s no surprise to see the negative business impact. The acquisitions of the last few companies have been executed extremely poorly causing major negative business impact and so has the company rebranding since Inspira is now facing a reputation crisis in the market.
