      Pros

      Best CEO I ever worked for and there are a number of amazing Senior and Executive Leaders.

      Cons

      Not all Execs always on the same page and/or have personal agendas. If they could all get on same page, the place would be amazing.

      Great company with a great leadership team

      Pros

      Great company with a great leadership team. Definitely a great place to work in the Chicagoland area.

      Cons

      Work load can be a lot at times. The company is growing and a lot of projects are running at the same time! Need better matching contribution for the 401K account. Also, it takes a long time for the vesting of employer contribution compared to vesting time at other companies in the industry.
