Pros

*Compensation *Leadership *Incentives *PTO *Knowledge WORK FROM HOME

Cons

There aren't too many cons I can think of. The only thing that I felt was a con initially was the strict schedule and having to get on a waitlist to move around, but in the long run, everything worked out and I enjoy my shift.

Pros

Very people-centric executive team with strong values and vision; investment in talent and performance and evolving (and positive) collaboration across the management team.

Cons

The company is just at a natural maturation inflection point wherein transformation is occurring and that usually comes with some (good) disruption and growing pains.
