Best CEO I ever worked for and there are a number of amazing Senior and Executive Leaders.

Cons

Not all Execs always on the same page and/or have personal agendas. If they could all get on same page, the place would be amazing.

Pros

The company is growing quickly, going from a very small unknown company just a few years ago to a larger more well-known company, and it's exciting to be a part of that journey. As part of its growth, management has invested more in the company's benefits, culture, career opportunities, and more, each and every year that I've been here (five years!) and it's clear management wants that trend to continue.

Cons

This is not a large, global company with unlimited resources and infinite career opportunities. If you want to work for a huge company and all that comes with it, then Millennium is not the company for you. At their current growth, they might be there soon though!
