      So much potential but unable to capitalize

      Pros

      The people are amazing at Inspira. They care about the company and the clients. They will do anything they can to improve the clients experience

      Cons

      ELT, in particular, the CEO is unable to drive strategy change or effectively communicate what his (Dan) strategy even is. He is often under prepared to speak in front of employees and cannot articulate what success looks like. His verbal tone is cluttered with profane language and creates an environment that is toxic.
