Pros

Great company with a great leadership team. Definitely a great place to work in the Chicagoland area.

Cons

Work load can be a lot at times. The company is growing and a lot of projects are running at the same time! Need better matching contribution for the 401K account. Also, it takes a long time for the vesting of employer contribution compared to vesting time at other companies in the industry.

Pros

This company gave me a chance in the midst of the pandemic. They try their best to teach you everything you need to know and they are extremely friendly people. They really want you to grow and will give you plenty of opportunities to do so.

Cons

Disorganized at times. Communication can be messy between departments and even in your own department with other members of your team. Kind of do the same work everyday which is good because you get efficient at it, but bad because it can get stale

I really appreciate your thoughts here, and agree – we can always do a better job in communicating (we have some cool tools coming soon to help us streamline that!) I also appreciate your comments on pay, and, is another area the HR team has spent a lot of time on this past quarter to evaluate, benchmark, and elevate the way we look at compensation all together. Please feel free to reach out to me to talk through this directly if you want to know more about what’s to come, and thank you for your feedback! - Karyn DeFalco, Chief Human Resources Officer

Pros

Millennium Trust is overall a decent place to get your foot in the door if you’re new to corporate America. -The pay is OK -HR tries to implement good benefits such as floating holidays and student loan debt contributions, but don’t expect them to do much when it comes to issues that may arise in the workplace -Flex-time -Work from home

Cons

-Don’t expect to get promoted or have ample opportunities for upward mobility -VPs expectations are unrealistic and unachievable for the most part, likely because they don’t have the expertise to know what you truly do in your role -People who have been at the company before they experienced their current growing pains think it’s a free for all …Maybe once they sort out the mess that is their internal structure things will get better.

I’m so sorry to hear that your experience with us was subpar! When I started with the company back in May of this year (2021), one of the things that was implemented right away was the headcount for a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner for our employees, because one of the most important things we can do for our employees is to make sure they have a voice in bettering the way we work together, as well as how we grow together. I’m disappointed we weren’t able to assist you in sorting through some of the feedback you outlined here. It appears that you left the company in June, please feel free to reach out to me as I’d love to understand more about your personal situation and experience so I can work with my team, and our teams within the business to make sure we have a good go forward plan! - Karyn DeFalco, Chief Human Resources Officer
