Very people-centric executive team with strong values and vision; investment in talent and performance and evolving (and positive) collaboration across the management team.

Cons

The company is just at a natural maturation inflection point wherein transformation is occurring and that usually comes with some (good) disruption and growing pains.

Meaningful work that aligns with organizational goals. Positive people-first culture that values flexibility and trust.

Cons

Remote-first model means fewer spontaneous in-person interactions. Some processes could be streamlined for efficiency.
