Pros

- B is for Benefits. Benefits are great. Nice H S A Contribution, three free therapy sessions on the phone...and Aetna medical insurance. - E is for equipment. Equipment is excellent - use of Lenovos, a computer technology company that caters to the disabled. - A is for Awesome. Awesome communications. You'll have a plethora of apps to choose from: ADP, Work Tango, Team Chat and Sharepoint and also one-on-one old-school person-to-person meetings. - R is for RRRRROAR! Roaring company, a bear that is ready to growl! We'll gobble up all our competitors one of these days, not that we're looking to do that, work is coming to us.

Cons

- Organization: Like a kitchen, we continue to evolve. We're like spokes in a wheel that's running in circles but slowly and steadily moving forward. - Blend of Acquisitions: Getting more polished. Mixed in a blender and outputting into a cohesive, integrated company. - Power-hungry Managers: Some of the managers have been in their jobs/groupings for a minimum of five years, some pushing 20 years. I applaud that, that is special. I think all of these managers should be switched to other groups, to shake it up a bit. - Never-ending work: I'm not knocking being busy...I absolutely love that I'm busy due to work coming to me constantly. . Never-ending demand. I'm on a salary, on the lower end, and don't get paid for the average 50-80 hours a week I work during Open Enrollment Season.

Pros

Medium-sized company where you feel more connected to the company's mission. Managers I've dealt with are compassionate and honest. Executive leadership listens to all levels of employees and genuinely cares about the security of their enterprise. It is a privately held company so there are fewer worries about the stock market.

Cons

From my perspective there aren't any cons at the moment. It is a growing company. Right now, there doesn't seem to be a ton of advancement potential from my position, but that could change in time. It would be a great place for anyone looking for more junior positions.
