Pros

• The company offers solid benefits and a mission that aims to help clients navigate important financial and health decisions. • Many peers are hardworking, caring, and willing to support one another in a fast-paced environment. • The remote structure and technology investments made day-to-day tasks easier when systems functioned properly. • Opportunities to develop customer service and leadership skills early on if you take initiative.

Cons

Inconsistent communication and lack of transparency between management and staff created unnecessary stress. • Limited accountability for leadership decisions and a tendency for micromanagement to override collaboration. • HR and management response times to concerns or escalation requests were often delayed or unclear. • Growth and performance recognition felt subjective, and workload distribution was frequently uneven.

Pros

Remote positions Great team dynamics

Cons

Low pay High call volumes across the departments Constant Micromanagement Management monitors your screen throughout the day. You can't even take a 5 minute break without someone already reaching out to you asking why are you offline Lack of training. They want you to assist the clients on the phone however, you are not well-trained to help them therefore you tend to transfer them to a different department. Aggressive customers-The firms charges clients high fees but the customers take it out on you. This job is not for you if you don't want to be on the phone constantly.
