Initially started with great passion but after knowing about the information I am disappointed

Cons

Hiring Fake experienced people with high package, so in future company gets black listed Not giving hikes to the existing people but hiring fake experienced, recently hired angular developer without doing proper background check with high package got to know from my friend about getting offer for a fake experience angular developer

Pros

A lot of room for advancement (if you work in the right department), Christmas bonuses for full time and part time, benefits are very good

Cons

Offers a "rewards points program" as incentive to go above and beyond in the job instead of just paying their employees more for doing more, they also actively try to limit your overtime, very difficult to get a raise big or small, very slow response time when reaching out to management or HR, doesn't seem to value the worker
