Pros

Unlimited PTO, Free Food occasionally, Competitive pay and annual bonus if the quarterly earnings went well.

Cons

No direction or clarity for feature implementation. The majority of teams are outsourced which mean no consistent meeting attendance, working random hours throughout the week, harsh deadlines from people management you've never talked to.

Pros

Benefits and work life balance are very good.

Cons

Lots of opportunity for upward movement but most the process is too political. Your advancement is limited to who you work for or what social circle you belong to.
