Pros

1st Team: Fantastic team dynamic, nurturing environment, flexibility in how tasks are approached and flexible schedule, no one breathing down your neck 2nd Team: none

Cons

1st Team: could be seen as having less structure due to having the flexibility and freedom to tackle tasks in your own way 2nd Team: loads of micro-managing, team was already tight before I was moved there so I never fit in despite early efforts, no clear direction or purpose for the new role (they had already planned to get rid of me after I got moved), no flexibility, expected you to attend work events and stay at the office all day even if you have nothing urgent going on while other teams can be seen leaving much earlier, they basically want you to come early and stay late and have no regard for your family just because they don't like spending time with theirs
