Pros

Recognizable brands that you see on TV every day

Cons

A lot of leadership problems. Terrible Vice Presidents and Senior Leaders, who would be at the director level at a similar company. They aren't focused on strategy and aren't held accountable for driving the business, and as a result, all the brands are in free fall, leading to reorganizations and circular conversations.

Pros

It’s a nice office with free coffee

Cons

Does not value degrees and licenses. Want top performers but only willing to pay below average salary. There is a reason there is so much turnover - they fire people left and right and outsource your work to people outside of the US
