      Cons

      - 10 hours shift. - No work life balance. - Unnecessary processes. - Feels like you are in school. - Very low night allowance. - No travel allowance (as per shift timings). - Fun Fridays are faded here. - Chairs - are hilarious, they need to change all the chairs.
