Pros
Lots of room to grow and take on responsibility. Company is going through a transition where those who were part of the legacy team that went from pre-ipo to ipo are leaving and new blood is coming in to define the next version of Instacart.
Cons
It can be a bit chaotic. Teams have been shifting around and my resources month over month have not been consistent. You need to sort of roll with it.
