      On-call more than once a month, horrible culture, no growth opportunities, unofficial limit on unlimited PTO, many leadership projects with no basis for success that become P0’s, TONS of tech debt

      Love working in engineering. The people are great to work with. Culture is great. Able to take personal time as needed. Caring and understanding company with great leadership.
