Pretty good work life balance and remote friendliness. Bureaucracy isn't too bad for size and finding your own impact is heavily encouraged. Company leans in hard into AI.

Cons

The company isn't that meritocratic these days---everyone's outcomes are sort of compressed. Leadership is respectful these days, but running a bit short on exciting ideas.
