Pros

* business is doing well - company IPO'd so the equity is liquid. Stock price is above IPO price * people are friendly * remote friendly with in-office availability if you want! * work culture is busy but no expectation of working on weekends (unless you're on-call and your system fails)

Cons

* lots of leadership turnover recently * the recent focus on coding metrics has people worried * eng managers are not very technical on average

Pros

Good product somtimes but skews towards what makes money and what c suite is excited for

Cons

No communication with manager on my part, so the experience is person-to-person and not really standardized. Career growth is stunted since they dont really do internal promotions.
