Business Outlook
Pros
IME is a growing company and with that comes all sorts of opportunity. It is also one of the few places I've worked where there's a real commitment (and need) to promote from within. And of course I really like the people at IME- I don't stick around anywhere I don't.
Cons
It gets busy at times. That comes with the territory and it's the other side of the coin when it comes to working at a place where there is real opportunity for growth.
