Pros

There is a huge runway for growth! The company is growing fast and with that comes tremendous amount of opportunity to succeed in the role, as well as grow into bigger roles. The team (all departments) is very close with one another, creating a really unique/amazing work environment. Everyone truly believes in the mission and the work reflects that.

Cons

A very fast paced environment with natural growing pains. Can be stressful at times but it is never a boring day!

There is no best reasons to work with Instawork. Management is very unprofessional. They don't know how to judge employees. No reply for salary concerns and other things. Don't believe the company rules and regulations. No hike in salary and positions. No future in this instawork.

Cons

No planning skills. No judgement skills. Nothing is there.
