Pros

I've had the pleasure of working with a lot of great people. The benefits are decent as well (catered lunches, "unlimited" FTO, transportation stipend)

Cons

Senior leadership are all yes men with no backbone. The company eliminated the entire support team and replaced them with AI-agents, making it insanely difficult to support users. Work is unnecessarily stressful.

Pros

- Offices in some great cities - Get some AI experience - Cool coworkers

Cons

- Inexperienced senior leadership makes poor decisions and doesn’t know how to manage. - Leadership is untrustworthy. We underwent a massive layoff in November 2025 where we lost about a quarter of our workforce. This included recent hires, people recently moved to other departments, the support team, the entire SDR team, and more. Your job is not stable here. They could promote you to a role and then lay you off after weeks because they decided they don’t need that position anymore. - Very stressful environment. Expect emergency calls from customers early morning, late night, PTO, and weekends. These are emergencies that you can’t ignore and are expected to handle asap. Additionally you’ll occasionally get messages from the CEO on weekends and you’re supposed to respond too or else he starts talking badly about you. - They laid off the entire support team without a plan so we are left with a really incomplete AI support agent that can’t do simple tasks. This adds to the strain of the job because the support is useless and your customers will come to you to fill the gap. On weekends, early mornings, PTO, and late nights. - Bonuses/commission are completely out of your hands. We use a system that nobody is able to explain that doesn’t reflect your hard work. It’s a complete roll of the dice. - While some are great, some of the managers are of no help. They seem to not be able to do anything on the platform and also directs you to peers most of the time that you have a question. - They will AI you to death. There’s such an AI push with no focus that it’s overwhelming. It seems that the company got an investment to pursue and explore AI and it has become the main focus of the CEO instead of running a good business.
