      Supportive environment, Many educational facilities, Many advanced training opportunities, The benefits are excellent and the work environment is very good

      Cons

      The senior management is very mundane and not leading in innovation,they are not aware of the pace of technology change and how the new technologies affect the workplace.

      Good retirement contribution and good pto. General finance team is nice and fun until you get to upper management.

      Cons

      Everything else - horrible upper management, bad culture and inefficient processes.

      It’s unfortunate to read that you were unhappy during your time at IDA. Our desire is to always create a meaningful environment for staff to work and thrive. Any IDA staff with ideas for improvement are encouraged to share these thoughts with their supervisor, Director or HR Business Partner.

      Excellent benefits, very few companies come anywhere close. Overwhelming majority of staff are smart, kind, great to work with.

      Cons

      Research side is excellent, operations side has a lot of work to do. Communication is frequent but not transparent.
