HR and DE&I initiatives expanding and making sure all staff voices are heard Coworkers who are interested in wide ranging opinions, very academic environment Excellent retirement and medical benefits Continual professional development offerings Respected by sponsors for independence and objectivity

Flat environment for researchers, promotions are not easy for RAs High admin turnover in some divisions

When a company says they are "like family" that typically inspires an eye-roll, but at IDA you can actually feel it. Great people who love what they do and the people they do it with.
