Pros

Always lots of interesting work. Never dull. Intellectually challenging. Great place to get experience. Nice working environment. Terrific benefits package (403B contribution, medical, dental, education benefits). Opportunities to travel.

Cons

Senior leadership seemed too focused on cutting costs. Lack of needed resources was a problem at times. HR seemed hostile towards employees. Employees were afraid to voice opinions or question anything. Some strange policies. Flat structure. No mentor program. No real job descriptions.
