The company is very deceitful. Massive lay offs to outsource work to different countries. No heads up before hand to prepare their employees. This has happened several times so you should never get comfortable or buy into the "Family" type of atmosphere they will attempt to create. Its a little disturbing how an American based company will outsource ALL of their jobs for cheaper work/labor to different country but continue to make USD. I guess that is the country we have become though. Corporate greed. There is no growth within this company as they do not want to pay you more they are looking for ways to pay people less.
