      When you are Instrument, you are definitely not family but they are good at pretending

      Pros

      There are some really great people.

      Cons

      Instrument has gotten really good at marketing so they are great at pretending to care. They will do the bare minimum when they get caught with their pants down but that's as good as it gets. The problem comes from the very top so as long as those in C-Suite stay, it will not get better.

      Pros

      Great office culture with great people to work with. Generous PTO. Very flat management structure that empowers new employees. High level of excellence that will push you to grow as a professional.

      Cons

      Casual setting can sometimes be so casual that employee comments and conduct can border on inappropriate. Some of the clients are large corporations that don't seem to align with Instruments mission and values.
