Pros

Great work life balance for an agency, good client names. Clear career growth path. Good colleagues.

Cons

Works are boring, design feels very manufactured, without a soul. Not saying they are bad, but just very very average. Clients come to instrument mostly for safe output, though the company branded itself as a hipster agency with cool mock-ups , Most of the works are maintenance based.

Pros

- Wonderful people - Lots of cross-discipline collaboration - Fantastic work/life balance - Strong benefits - Incredible response to COVID

Cons

- Clearer path towards career advancement (has always felt like lots of talk, not actionable opportunities) - Improve project staffing (never felt like I was appropriately casted) - The quality of interesting work has decreased dramatically over the past few years, seemingly after Instrument's acquisition
