-The team is on the same page, there is a win-win environment where everyone wants everyone to win -The dedication to quality and integrity is what drew me here -The owners do what they say, everything they've said has been the case -Success coming from new agents in our system is like nothing I've ever seen -The systems at UniTrust are consistent and 'put the agent first'

Offer's ability to learn a new skill

Cons

You don't get paid right away. 100% commission. If you don't have a insurance license with them they make you get a license on your own time and own money they don't pay for the training.
