Thye have a good work at home program and you are provuded with a good amount of support over the phone and nice equipment which is replaced whenever you ask for more. The IT department is always available for help over the phone even after hours. Managers give you freedom to schedule work as is convenient for you and do not interfere with or try to micromanage you. each person has an assigned territory and the travel is typically out and back in one day with minimal overnight stays.
