I've been working with ISI for 2 years now, and I can honestly say the advisors, managers and upper level management have been wonderful to work with. The company has always been fair in terms of compensation and doing right by all. If you're looking for a place to learn, earn and grow this is where you want to be.

Cons

We work in a fast pace and competitive environment, if you're not looking to grow and challenge yourself this may not be the place for you.
