      Pros

      Hourly plus commission. Great training and support. You need to hold yourself accountable and work your tail off. This is not for people that just want to slide through. You need to attackit and find your why

      There is pressure nut only to make you better and the ones that do not want to exceed will be fizzled out

      Work from home and provided equipment and training .

      Cons

      They keep all your commissions as the bonus estructure is poor and unfair, not a working environment I was looking for , $20 an hour doesn’t add up to maintain a family of 4 to be in “salary” as they advertise.
