I have worked in Insurance for five years now. I have been an agent, a qualifier, and now work in the licensing Dept. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I will acknowledge that it is still an new company in the US but I think this is a wonderful thing. I have witnessed growth of not only the company, but of agents as well. The training Dept is stellar and strives to help everyone get off to a great start. If you are persistent and coachable they will help you become the best agent you can be! Aspire to do something else within the company they promote from within frequently. There really is a culture of respect, teamwork and best of you are treated like a human!!!!! So honestly if you are looking for a remote job where you can thrive I highly recommend ISI. I have recommended everyone I know that doesn't like their current job to keep an eye out for any and every job posting. This job has truly been a blessing and an amazing opportunity for me!
