Pros

Remote. They provided new equipment.

Cons

In training, the “trainer” mentioned every payroll check being wrong. That turned out to be true. When asked what the dates were inside the pay periods, it was never answered, just the pay dates. Holidays aren’t listed in the handbook. You find out last minute if you have 7/4 or Labor Day off. Schedules are made up on the fly. No notice to you working a Saturday. Terrible insurance.

Pros

Your hard work & dedication to bringing in the numbers will no go unnoticed. Reasonable bonus structure and bonus gift cards on top of the salary to compensate for your efforts and keep up the morale. Great work-from-home position.

Cons

Distancing from work after hours might be tricky since it’s a work-from-home position.

Pros

Steady income with 40k base salary

Cons

Bonus is not as much as youd think, could make a lot more in commission somewhere else
